HR - phone interview ~10 minutes casual conversation. 2. 1st round - 2 hours with Interviewer - questions about general QA and automation concepts. 3. 2nd round - 2.5 hours with more detailed and complicated questions overall. 4.meeting with Chief RND - not technical. Couple of RED FLAGS: 1. On every single interview i was told - about the long working hours no WLB and extremely tight schedules. 2.Being dragged for 4 weeks to positive/negative answer after the final round. Pros: Get in shape for job interviews. Cons: Everything else probably.
