I was reached via LinkedIn to schedule a screening interview having just a presentation of the company (no job description) in its message. I scheduled time on Calendly. The recruiter was 5min late, pulled my LinkedIn profile while on the phone, and proceeded immediately with specific questions (usually reserved for the hiring manager) while she did not present the company or the role.
