VCA Communications Director interview questions

Informal phone interview, followed by a long series of one-on-one interviews with leaders and peers, followed by silence. I do not expect an offer. The hiring manager talked extensively about the high standards of the team. She asked how I would prove myself to her high performers. I laughed because I thought she was kidding. She wasn't. Her whole personality changed after that. I didn't realize I was interviewing for a sorority. Pass.
