I was interviewed on the phone by a recruiter initially. It was a thorough review of my management skills and interests. I then met with a regional direction and a hospital manager where I was introduced to the facility and the staff. I was also given an overview of where the facility was in its management. From there I was scheduled for an observational/working interview.

How would you handle a client/patient in the exam who requests particular treatment that you feel is unsafe? The client has been able to receive this treatment before form another doctor in the practice.
Easy to visit and shadow many clinics! Allowed me to.look around at multiple different places and meet the different managers and medical directors. Even at clinics I did not choose, I learned a lot about whay I like and do not like.
Very pleasant experience. No behavioral questions, more like a talk to get to know you. They ask about what your goals and what do you care the most about the practice you work at.
