1st Round-Phone Interview It was more of a conversation and getting to know more about the company and share our experiences in the industry. 2nd Round-Interview with Managers Basically, questions were based on past company experiences, construction divisions, MEP coordination meetings and sharing your thoughts on how you resolved an issue on particular MEP coordination items. They do ask if you are willing to work more than 8 hours when the company or project requires you to do so. (not always, rarely when needed) Also, they will ask if you are okay with attending meetings during off hours to accommodate the timing with the offshore team. 3rd Round-Interview COO-It started with the duties and responsibilities that I was handling in my past company, tested project management skills & asked to provide an instance to prove that you are organized. Everyone in the company are super flexible, accommodating & kind.
