I interviewed with two individuals. They never got back to me but said they would. Show more consideration to people who are interested in working there. I had to follow up a whole bunch of times. Analogy: If you had a girlfriend or boyfriend and they just never got back to you what does that say about them? Viavi treats candidates good if they like you but if not they just go dark. Weak.
