questions were ok during hr and 2nd stage, 3rd stage the interviewer was not technical, lacked experience, and asked very silly questions indicating that they lacked basic practical experience in the area to which they were interviewing. 3rd stage was pretty much the interviewer was going around and around in circles with their questions.

Single day of many interviews. Talked to engineers, management, and HR. Each segment was at least 30 minutes long. Several technical problems, some puzzle questions, some personality questions. Had a shorter interview before this one.
