Filled out an application online and went through a 30 minute interview where I was asked about my background in teaching English as a second language, I was then required to conduct a mock class session with the interviewer, which was then followed up by closing remarks and advice/feedback from my interview.

Question 1
What is your total amount of ESL experience in years?
Got hired as a British speaking then cancelled as not from America which I disclosed at the first interview which I think was silly and unprofessional at the time it was during covid when this happpened.
Very lenghthy interview process, but the interviewers were nice and helpful. There were several steps to the process and it was pretty involved. I had to prepare a lesson beforehand
It was easy an straightforward. 1 interview and 2 mock classes to pass. They offer a contract for a year with option to renew after 1st contract is over. Overall the process last for about 2 weeks from the time you apply unless you are waitlisted.
