Interview
The interview process was easy in that you can set your own time for the interview and for the practicum following the interview. You download the material they will ask you to teach for the interview and prep for the initial interview without knowing exactly what to expect. They make you an offer and give you feedback on your teaching demo. If you choose to accept the teaching offer the process can be completed electronically if you have adobe.
The interview and the practicum involve teaching through your webcam using a power point. They encourage high energy and using props to demonstrate dialogue etc.

One thing they asked was my specific teaching experience and level of education. Masters or Bachelors are the only two options. So Bachelors is the minimum qualification for this job.
Got hired as a British speaking then cancelled as not from America which I disclosed at the first interview which I think was silly and unprofessional at the time it was during covid when this happpened.
Very lenghthy interview process, but the interviewers were nice and helpful. There were several steps to the process and it was pretty involved. I had to prepare a lesson beforehand
It was easy an straightforward. 1 interview and 2 mock classes to pass. They offer a contract for a year with option to renew after 1st contract is over. Overall the process last for about 2 weeks from the time you apply unless you are waitlisted.
