Interview
I submitted my resume online, then received an email telling me they wanted an online interview. The interview was easy to schedule through their website (link included in email) and was conducted via Skype. The interview lasted about 20 minutes. Half of the interview was Q&A; the other half was a mini teaching demo I had to present (also included in original email). After all requirements were satisfied, salary and training were discussed.

Got hired as a British speaking then cancelled as not from America which I disclosed at the first interview which I think was silly and unprofessional at the time it was during covid when this happpened.
Very lenghthy interview process, but the interviewers were nice and helpful. There were several steps to the process and it was pretty involved. I had to prepare a lesson beforehand
It was easy an straightforward. 1 interview and 2 mock classes to pass. They offer a contract for a year with option to renew after 1st contract is over. Overall the process last for about 2 weeks from the time you apply unless you are waitlisted.
