I had a similar experience. According to my evaluators, I did a great job, which the feedback supported. I'm my Mock 2 I was criticized for doing two things that I did specifically based off the feedback I received from my Mock 1 evaluator. After watching many videos, I am truly shocked that I did not get hired while some of the others did, including several with poor grammar and no personality. In my Mock 2 evaluation, which came after 48 hours, the evaluator out the comments in the wrong places. Areas of Improvement were the things I did well while the Strengths had minor criticisms. There was no rubric nor scoring guide to know why I wasn't hired. I do believe hat everything happens for a reason, but this was very disappointing based on my level of preparation and glowing feedback.
