There are several Online interviews in which you have to teach a sample class. In the first interview I had a very straight-faced interviewer, so I just had to pretend I was teaching a 5 year old. In the second interview, I had a woman who actually pretended to be a 5 year old, so it was much easier.

It was easy an straightforward. 1 interview and 2 mock classes to pass. They offer a contract for a year with option to renew after 1st contract is over. Overall the process last for about 2 weeks from the time you apply unless you are waitlisted.
