I applied online then reached out to the recruiter via LinkedIn. Got a prompt reply to set up a call. After the 1st interview I got scheduled to interview with the hiring manager. After that interview I was sent a psychometric data analysis exercise and given a week to complete. I completed that 2 days later and sent it back (it took around 3-4 hours to complete the exercise). The recruiter then scheduled a 3rd round of interviews (2 hours in total with individuals and a group) to go over my analysis and recommendations. Then, I was asked to provide 2 manager references and 1 coworker reference. Shortly after I got an offer. Overall, the process was well structured, thorough and incredibly fast.
