I feel as if I failed the interview process, but I was still hired. I hot really nervous as I did my mock lesson and I started fumbling over my words lol. I think the interviewer could tell that I was extremely nervous, and she extended me grace and was really encouraging. They sent an email alerting me that I was hired, that same day.

Got hired as a British speaking then cancelled as not from America which I disclosed at the first interview which I think was silly and unprofessional at the time it was during covid when this happpened.
Very lenghthy interview process, but the interviewers were nice and helpful. There were several steps to the process and it was pretty involved. I had to prepare a lesson beforehand
It was easy an straightforward. 1 interview and 2 mock classes to pass. They offer a contract for a year with option to renew after 1st contract is over. Overall the process last for about 2 weeks from the time you apply unless you are waitlisted.
