1st round is of MCQ which consists of 30 Mcq questions & 1 programming question , 2nd & 3rd round is f2f technical interview in which they asked some basic programs from DS & after that hr interview is there , hr is easy

This was by far the worst interview experience I’ve ever had. The process started with an aptitude + technical round, which I cleared. After that, I was informed there would be Technical Round 2, Technical Round 3, and then HR. However, it has been over 3 months and I was never even called for the second technical round.
The company’s recruitment process is extremely unprofessional, disorganized, and shows zero respect for candidates’ time and effort. If they cannot manage their own interview schedules or provide timely communication/updates.
