Interview
First step was a phone call with recuiter and followed by a Zoom video interview with the hiring manager. Hiring manager was cool and she had me move along into the process. Interviewed with two other people via Zoom and was asked lots of behavioral type questions along with background and experience. Not quite sure what they were looking for to be honest. Possible someone with more Saas industry experience which is extremely frustrating as I have a good bit of relevant experience. Overall, this was a waste of my time. I wouldn’t apply to vmware ever again as I feel they waste a lot of their candidates time and string you people along.
