Had an amazing round of interviews and felt like I was going to get an offer from the Talent Director in New York. Had three interviews including one inperson. We even discussed the importance of candidate experience and Glassdoor. It’s been three weeks since any kind of update. This is completely ridiculous and unprofessional. You don’t ghost a candidate that had three rounds and emailed you asking for an update. Never ever leave candidates hanging waiting for an answer. That’s recruitment 101.
