The usual interview questions. I was told about all the different doors working for this company would bring. However, that is not the case after working for the company. It is hard to get into other departments.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at VSP Vision Care
Interview
Quick and efficient. Initial contact with recruiter was a 5-8min phone call, then about 2 days later I was set up for a panel interview with the hiring manager and another employee. The interview was questions read off of a list each interviewer taking a turn. Not much small talk, but very corporate. contacted for 2nd interview 30min after interview. 2nd interview was another panel with a VP and Director. This one was a lot more conversational, but they still had specific questions to ask from a list. Offer extended 4 days later. After accepting the onboarding was very organized.
