Interview
First round was a preliminary phone interview. It lasted about 25/30 minutes and was very conversational!
After first round interview VTS allowed me to conduct the 4 round interview via zoom because I was unable to get into NYC as quickly as they wanted. They were very accommodating with the circumstances I was going through, which I appreciated! After the 4-round interview (which lasted about 3.5 hours) I was then asked to do an objection handling via phone call. I was able to be in the city the following week and they allowed me to come in, see the office, and meet some of the team. The whole process took roughly 2.5 weeks.

Interview
The interview process had 3 parts. Two screenings and one panel interviews. The panel interview had a mock call and a presentation. The huge issue was the timeline and communication. Don't say to a candidate that you'll respond to them on a certain date and don't. It happen twice through the process.
