Completely disorganized and unprofessional from the recruiting side. I never knew who I was interviewing with, never got confirmations for in-person interviews, and I felt like the people I interviewed with weren't the people who should be in the room making the hiring decision. There were a lot of other red flags during the short interviewing process (including finding out that the current staff is made up of people with no real background in the work they have high titles for), but long story short - I wouldn't recommend applying or interviewing here until they get some more professional and experienced people on the team.
