The job seemed more like a tech support position then customer service. We talked about the improvements they were making to management. I do not believe the person interviewing was from HR.

everyone was very nice and responded in a timely manner. The interviews were phone and then video. The HR rep i spoke too was very nice and courteous. The manager who interview me was very nice and knowledgeable about the company and seemed genuinely excited about the company,which in turn made me excited as well to work here
