The recruiter reached out via email, we set up a time that worked best for me. It was very simple and straightforward the recruiter was engaging and very respectful. They went over the job description and how the company was founded. They then proceeded to ask me about my experience and what sort of impact I have on my community.

The interview process was very smooth. The process started with a phone screening call with a member from HR. Then the second interview was a 30-minute Microsoft teams meeting with one of the managers related to the department you are applying for.
