Vagaro Senior UX Designer interview questions

Spoke with the owner of the company first. The call went great. Then I spoke with various members on the team. A lot of them asked me questions like "what's your favorite company and why?" I'd tell them some tech companies and walk them through why. A couple of weeks go by and I heard nothing. Followed up with the owner and he tells me he's worried I was going to leave his company for a big tech company because I "Talked too much about tech companies". Dude, people asked me these questions-like really? I told him, I wasn't going to leave, I was just answering the questions I was asked. After calming him down, He then extended an offer of only 80K and said he can put me up in a hotel for a week until I found a place. 80K is a joke salary to live in the bay area.
