Interview
Phone, then in person with 3 separate people, 2 of them twice. Oddly informal, but not uncomfortable. Conversational, but not based much on experiences. Wasn't sure what they were looking for.
Multiple panel rounds where you're meeting new people and answering similar quesitons. Can take a while to get through the process in terms of weeks/months. You usually end with a VP interview for that department if you’ve made it that far.
