phone interview ~15 minutes just asks about past experience and how you would interact with guests or problems they just want to know that you are mildly competent honestly they don't even do follow up interviews, they just basically immediately hire you
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Vail Resorts in Sep 2013
Interview
I filled out an application online and got a call. The first call you get is the screening. Basically they want to know if you can communicate on the phone because my job was both communication on the phone and in person with guests. Then if you pass that you set up another interview and that is the one were they get to the specifics. Overall it was pretty easy, just be yourself and you will do fine.
