The HR interviewer missed the first 2 scheduled calls, which is never a good sign. People paid enough to care about their duties don't continually miss business appointments. On the 3rd try he kept the appointment, but was 15 minutes late. My take away is that all workflows at Vail Resorts are likely undertaken with the same low level of personal commitment.
