The interview process was brutal, I dont know what the deal is these days that you need to go through 4-5 interview for a Customer Support Specialist role, yes you read that right, for a Customer Support Specialist that pays no more than $21/hr. I even had a 3 hours interview at one point. All to be told they decided to go with 2 other people, however would have an opening for me in 9 months and would love to hire me then... ummm... no thanks? Please revamp your hiring process, I understand the need to have a million interviews for C-level positions, but for a Customer Support Specialist, nope.
