They lacked any in depth situational or behavioral questions, ie "Tell me about a time you faced a major obstacle" You didn't need to give in-depth replies. After that, I met with the VP of sales who seemed checked out, rocking back and forth in his chair. Overall, it was quick and easy, but something that should be expected of a small start up.
