Interview
I was taken into a conference room with the Director of Support (only he interviewed me, he said normally others would be in on the meeting). He asked me general questions about support, how I would answer questions, why I wanted to work there.
Nothing very technical or creative (no, "how would you solve this?", "why is a manhole cover round").
