Initial phone interview by contract recruiter. This was followed within a few days by phone interview with Vale HR rep. Was to be followed in ~ 2 to 3 weeks by face to face interview with hiring manager. This interview never happened (at least not yet). Phone interviews took place approx 3 months ago.
