I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Vale (Belo Horizonte, Minas Gerais) in Jun 2010

Interview

I have participated on a process to hire around 80 engineers to work on Vale's capital projects. We had an English test, logical test, HR interview and manager interview. It all went very well. They have asked me questions to understand if had what it takes to work in remote areas and if I had technical competence.
