I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Valeo (Kraków)
Interview
The application process took a lot of time (a few months) but was worth it. Three engineers asking technical questions. Process took more than 2 hours. Questions were about statics, design process, FMEA, logical thinking, statistics etc.
In-person interview. First, HR asked us to do a quiz for the English test. Then the manager asked some questions, like self-introduction, experience, career plan, and knowledge in the industry process.
