Through skype. I was ready and punctual. They were late and not familiar with skype - the audio/video set up took a few minutes to get to work for them. The interviewers haven't read my resume in advance and kept making repetitive questions. They seemed distracted. My first impression was lack of preparation and I found the whole interview not interesting and unprofessional. Frankly, I lost interest in the position. Sad but true. The way people treat you as a job candidate during an interview says a lot about how they may treat you as an employee. Bright side: it's good to know that better sooner than later.
