We strongly condemn this review as we adhere to a strict protocol for hiring employees which includes a 2-tier screening process followed by a technical interview round.
Once a candidate has cleared a technical screening round we conduct a pre-employment screening before we extend our offer. The pre-screening process is done by a contracted 3rd party which performs the background checks, reference verification and drug screening.
Moreover we have a very good success rate w.r.t. H-1B’s and this can be verified with our legal department (legal@validationassociates.com) and myvisajobs.com.
We question the integrity of this review as to when someone who is not part of the company how can he/she post about the company’s legal matters which does involve the legal status our existing employees.
