I had three rounds of interviews with Vallen.
First Round (HR Interview) – This was a basic HR discussion where they asked me general questions about my background, experience, and why I was interested in the role.
Second Round (Assessment) – I had to complete an assessment test. It was designed to evaluate my technical skills and problem-solving abilities related to the job.
Third Round (Assignment Discussion & Final Interview) – In this round, I had to explain the assignment I completed. They also asked me basic questions related to the assignment and my experience. The conversation felt positive, and the interviewers spoke as if they were considering giving me the offer letter.
However, just two hours after the interview, I received an email stating that I was not selected. It was unexpected because the final discussion gave the impression that they were planning to extend an offer."
