Received a call to interview the day after I applied. Met with the Case Management Director for a very laid back, relaxed interview. She then set me up to meet with another coordinator the next day for a second interview. Finally I met with the medical director at the clinic the position was open for. Wasn’t really an interview, he just talked about he position a lot and introduced me to everyone in the clinic and showed me around. I was really excited and hoping for this position but it wasn’t offered to me. I felt like it was a waste to have me go through three interviews and not hire me. The process took over a month so a lot of time was wasted.
