30 minute phone interview. Then about 40 minute in person interview, which was disorganized and confusing. Seemed to care more about whether I'd fit for the culture of the place rather than my skills.
The interview was good, they were nice and seemed to care about my answers and gave good information. It did not take long to hear back from them either which is nice.
