After applying they were fairly fast to contact me about interviewing. The first was a simple phone call confirming the info on my application and resume. The second was a zoom call that was more of a company overview. Since then I've waited nearly a month and a half when I was told I'd get a response fairly soon. Since then I've emailed them multiple time and been blown off and ignored/told to be patient. That was two weeks ago. Since then I haven't heard a word and while I understand there was a holiday or two since my application was submitted, the process is taking absurdly long and the time between responses is not acceptable if you get one at all. And given their history of hiring full time only to fire after the first project is done? I will not be applying again and hope no one else does. Three months of waiting is an insult.
