The HR first asked me about my work experience. Then I had an interview with a supervisor after the HR came back and explained the benefits. Then they told me they were going to contact me wishing two weeks.

Interview
They reached out to schedule an on-site interview. Your HR contact greets you and does a brief pre-interview. Then you meet with 2 supervisors and 1 more time with HR to discuss benefits, salary, etc. You may go through 4 different people. That last meeting with HR made me feel like I was totally going to be considered for the position. They told me I may be contacted to fill in a different post based on my skills, and that they will get in touch with me within a week, but that didn't happen. Send a thank you note and called, no answer. It made me feel very positive about the outcome and then very down after they remained silent.
