Job description says that fresh graduates are welcome to apply but after having multiple rounds of interview I got rejected on the basis of experience level. If they wanted someone experienced then why did they waste my and their own time. Look at candidate's resume and figure out if he has the right experience or not. This shows immaturity from a company.
Straightforward, more conversational-like. No trickery, very pleasant. Went through introduction, review of the resume, position overview, outlook on the team dynamic. Office space, what challenges the team is facing now.

Interview
I sent my application through Linkedin, 4 days after I got a video call interview. The recruiter was polite and asked insightful questions showing how much he cares about the quality of people that worked in the company.
I did not like the fact that after they had decided to go with someone else they did not contact me to let me know and so I hade to contact them to know they where not moving forward with me.

Interview
Quick phone interview going over your resume and verifying basic qualifications. After have an hour long meeting, they notified me that they would send me a test to complete in the next couple of days. A week later after being prompted by an email from me, they informed me that they went with another candidate.
