Nothing much, not streamlined or structured, absurd questions. Kind of not encouraging. To lenghty discussion without really try to get to understand the candidate. Not cordial, need to undergo the Interviewers training course to fix all the above issues

Common process for IT industry. HR interview, than technical interview. The process is bit long (few weeks between HR and Tech interview), but overall it was ok experience. I would consider applying for another position again.
