I applied online, received a convocation of online HR interviews very quickly in 3 days. The interaction was horribly dry given she does not possess personal skill, all email appeared with a hideous bossy tone, like" we have to change the interview to xx date because of an important client" with no excuse, no greeting. (How she was hired?)
The interview with this lady went extremely dry. The HR lady seemed not interested in you at all, the interview itself went mechanically terrible. There was another HR manager suppose to join the meeting, she ended up never showed up. During the meeting, she frowned few times due to a technical issue that she could not hear me well, so I had to basically yell a little bit, which is quite disturbing and disorganize my thoughts. Could've used a pair of earphones maybe? The interview is not structured, so as I tell my experience, she cuts my conversation all the time, given she was simply running through a question list.
In terms of feedback, it could not be drier. She quoted a few keywords like "client" which she can not identify in my previous experience. Excuse me? what is this "client" as a competence? After I have said I did not agree with her because of all the missing competencies she said I was majorly working with. She was phoning me in with an invented seniority issue that totally disgusted me.
The driest HR interview I have ever had, very disappointing regarding the company had a good reputation.
