Two step process with recruiter and managers. They presented two optional roles that I might fit into. The overall feeling was that they searched for the right candidate fit, not that much information about what they offered to me as a candidate. I did not got a offer since they thought I had too much energy to bring into their company- which I felt was surprising since in business development it’s all about finding out new ways of working and connect to goals - which often requires good amount of both effort and positive energy into every client assignment.
