I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Valtech (Bengaluru)
Interview
I was approached by recruiter on naukri.com and the interview was scheduled after an introductory call with the recruiter. The interview process was at Valtech office in Bengaluru. There was a written test, which had some questions on aptitude and other interesting questions like "who do you see as a role model", "which book have you read recently" etc. This was followed by an interview round. This had computer science questions focusing on the art of writing code, and principles rather than run of the mill algorithms / data structure based questions. After this round, I headed to the cafeteria for lunch with one of the engineers from the team I was interviewing for. This was amazing as I got a chance to ask questions informally about the culture and practices in the team as well as the company. The final round was a low level design round, where I had to code a project in Java. I was given a laptop. Also, the hiring manager gave lots of details about the team and kind of projects they work on before beginning the coding round. Loved that about the company! The cherry on top was that the hiring manager Ashish gave great advise career and life, acting like a career coach rather than as an interviewer. I was in a frame of mind where I was too confused and this helped me gain confidence and clarity.

Question 1
1. What is Test Driven Development? 2. Code a java project to simulate a game (rules of the game were given)
the interview started with a online assessment having various questions along 11 section throughout the test, for eg. os,microservices, java, networking, aptitude stuff, etc. then there was supposed to be shortlisting but sadly i wasnt shortlisted for the further process
Entrevista muito direto ao ponto e os passos do processo seletivo ficam muito claros, claro que o candidato já deve saber do uso de inglês durante a mesma, acredito que o processo é bem otimizado.
