The first time I have had this kind of interview in my life. It was rather insulting. I was asked about the event experience, but the JD posted nothing about "events", in the middle of the interview I was told my CV will be forwarded but most probably will be rejected because I don't have event experience, although I had online event experience and offline events (however, did not have the chance to say). The HR kept talking, rejecting me, and did not even bother to ask further, directly judging me that I was not a good fit. It was ridiculous. Then said my German was not native speaker level (which was not given in JD, even the JD is in English), said my experience could apply for a junior position (6 years in marketing already).
