The process was fast, transparent, and overall very pleasant. From the first contact, communication was clear and professional, which made me feel excited about the opportunity. I had been interested in joining Valtech for quite some time, so I was genuinely thrilled to move forward. I completed two interviews: the first was mainly an introduction to the role and included a brief assessment of my English skills. The second was more technical in nature. In both conversations, the interviewers were kind, approachable, and well-prepared, which created a very positive impression of the company culture. Unfortunately, I was not selected in the end, as I was informed that the position was resolved internally rather than filled by an external candidate. While I was a bit disappointed, I appreciated the prompt and respectful feedback. Overall, it was a great experience, and I sincerely hope to have the chance to collaborate with Valtech in the future.
