Valtech Senior Manager interview questions

It was a two stage process, both panel interviews where I met the key people that I would be working with as part of my role. Everybody was friendly and engaging whilst carrying out a challenging interview appropriate for my role. It felt like a thorough two way process where I also got the opportunity to find out more about the company and culture. I was made to feel relaxed and at ease so could answer confidently but felt encouraged to be open and honest.
