I applied for the nurse residency program. My panel interview was over Skype because I could not travel from Washington to Nashville. It went as smooth as a Skype interview can and everyone was very nice. Before the interview, someone from the recruiting office called me to make sure I was set up on my end and then we proceeded with the actual interview.

A recruiter reached out to ask me some preliminary questions to see if I would be a good fit. Afterwards, we set up a video interview with the unit. It was a video interview because I was an out of state candidate. The interview consisted of the standard nursing interview questions and 2 nursing leaders present. I was able to prepare by just looking up example questions online. After the interview, the recruiter reached out to me the same day with a job offer.
