Interviewer was very personable. I was interviewed during the pandemic so although we were social distancing and wearing masks, I felt comfortable. The questions were straight forward and general. I was most impressed by being asked about my career goals as growth is important to me with any job.

The interview was very planned out. The interviewer is given a set of questions, i assume from HR, and they must ask you every question on the list. It took over 5 months for me to hear back that I was awarded the job. VUMC's interview process is extremely slow and poorly managed.
