The interview process is variable and dependent on whether an individual is currently employed in the organization. Once passed the Human Resources portion, the interviewers are consistent and professional. The interview process for nursing, in my experience, follows standards of best practice. As a Magnet awarded facility the organization strives to maintain high standards which are expressed in the interview process.
